Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days. You will receive tracking by email once your packs leave the shelf. Shipping estimates begin after dispatch, not at order time.
Returns
Return window
Unused packs in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Start a return by emailing support@colmanspet.shop with your order reference.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned pack, an approved refund is issued in USD to your original method. Return shipping is arranged with you case by case; original outbound shipping is non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged.
Damaged or incorrect items
If a pack arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 14 days at support@colmanspet.shop or +44 7200754023 with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund in USD. We do not require you to keep damaged goods.
What cannot be returned
- Packs that have been used outdoors or laundered.
- Items returned without prior contact and an order reference.
